		<description>tyre liners add rotating mass (bad) and rolling resistance (bad). that said, they do help people who ride in flat-prone conditions (which portions of the Greenway certainly are).

strangely, i&#039;ve never had a flat on the Greenway riding either of my cyclocross bikes (skinny 700x30 and 700x32 tyres), only on my mountain bike (26x2.1 tyres). maybe the little tyres roll around thorns and such when i&#039;m not looking.

perhaps a thicker tyre next time or even tube sealant, if the liners don&#039;t work well enough.</description>
